All payments for drug testing, mobile collection services, travel fees, after-hours appointments, and related services are nonrefundable.
Clients may request one courtesy reschedule by contacting SHEB Services before the scheduled appointment time. The rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days and remains subject to availability.
If SHEB Services cancels an appointment and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, the client may choose a full refund of the amount paid directly to SHEB Services.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. Contact (855) 334-5076 before initiating a payment dispute.
