Employer Services
Specimen collections for employers, contractors, consortiums, and third-party administrators with established DOT and Non-DOT testing programs: pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, follow-up, mobile jobsite collections, multi-employee testing events, and collection-only service when you already hold a CCF, eCCF, or TPA order. Direct Observation Support is available through a dedicated observer dispatch service. Approved employer accounts may qualify for Net 15 invoicing, priority scheduling, and volume pricing.

Mobile Service & Travel
Standard mobile service covers locations within 30 miles of Richmond, Virginia, for a $75 mobile service fee. Hampton Roads and other Virginia locations are available by appointment with additional mileage at the current IRS standard business rate plus travel charges. Observed collection +$50, shy bladder / QNS +$35, same-day priority +$35, weekend +$50, after-hours +$75.
